About Clever Dodo

Clever Dodo is a community for the people of Mauritius to discuss just about anything. It has been set up due to the lack of information available on our tiny island. This is not just from a tourist perspective or an expat wanting to come settle back here but also from the point of view of mauritians needing information in their day to day life.

What is the purpose of Clever Dodo?
Simple. For people to help others and share their knowledge.

What is so special about Clever Dodo?
It is the first website to offer information in the 3 main languages spoken in Mauritius : english, french and creole.

Although everyone in Mauritius can speak Creole, the language itself is not given its full merit and people will often use French or English instead. So here's the opportunity to be proud of your mothertongue and to promote it to the world.

Why the name Clever Dodo?
Well everyone thinks the dodo was a stupid and lazy bird; we're here to show the opposite :)
