I'm not sure whether ayurvedic courses are that popular here and this can be the reason why certificates are not widely available for it. However I found a place where they claim to be doing the alternative therapy courses. This can be your starting point to find out more about it. Just give the person a call and see whether they can guide you further. Here are the details:

I'm sorry but I wouldn't trust getting your certificate in Mauritius, I doubt anyone is qualified.
